Weekend Happening

I hope everyone had fun last weekend because I had a blast! :)

My whole family was so busy yesterday. Busy sa kwentuhan, chismisan at kainan. Hehe. My husband's whole family except for my MIL paid us a visit yesterday. (Iniisip pa naming asarin si Nanay. Malamang mag eemote yun ng todo pag nalaman nyang na-kumpleto kami. Hehe.) Hindi nga ako prepared kaya nagmadali pa akong mamili ng lulutuin kahapon. My brother-In-Law brought 2 octopus giant squids and fishes. Inihaw nila para sa kanilang drinking spree. I made my one and only recipe, Spaghetti ala Abi. Nothing special with it though. Pero sobrang nakakatuwa kasi si Angela pag kumakain sya ng luto ko. Marunong kasing mang-uto. Lol! I forgot to take a picture kasi after kong i-hain sa table yung food, pagbalik ko hindi na picture perfect ang food, gutom kasi lahat ng tao. Hehe. Spaghetti, chicken and cake for merienda. Parang children's party lang ang peg. For dinner, we had chopsuey, sinaing na fish and porkchop. Simple lang kasi ang hilig nila sa pagkain. Lalo si husband, basta may fish at gulay, solb na yan. :)

We had a lot of catching up to do, bihira kasi ma-kumpleto yung magkakapatid kasi magkakalayo sila. (Parang kaming 4 na magkakapatid lang din, may 3 other siblings are all out of the country. Two of them are working in the Middle East as nurses and our youngest is in the US of A finishing his high school. Bongga lang si li'l Bro. Amboy na amboy na siguro yun. Lol!)

Anyways, after the kainan and more kwentuhan, I ended the day with a smile and a prayer, I thanked God for my marvelous family and for the fun-tastic weekend.
