Here's the birthday girl before the party starts. Hangkyuttt! Sabi ni R, magpagawa na lang daw kami ng tarpaulin. Kaso parang hindi ko na kasi bet yang tarp tarp na yan. Buti na lang maganda ang kinalabasan ng mga pinag gugugupit namin, kundi ang dami ko na naman maririnig kay R. Hehe. Sa street namin, halos lahat ata ng bahay eh may mga bagets. Kaya I made sure na invited silang lahat. Para na rin makilala namin ang isa't isa. Eversince kasi we moved in, wala pa kaming nakakwentuhan na kapitbahay. Nagpapakiramdaman ata kaming lahat. Pero I'm super happy kasi lahat naman sila umattend ng party. =) I noticed lang, dun lang sila sa unang picture nakaupo. Haha. I am not a fan of candy crush..not yet. =) But I do enjoy watching my friends go gaga over the sweetest game ever. I sometimes can't handle myself and allow my fingers to touch and swipe those cutesy little thingy called candies. =) Last night, on my way home, I overheard the two ate's beside me: Ate 1: Pwede mo rin gamitin yang dalawang stripes na 'yan para makarami ka ng score. Ate 2: Ito ba? (pointing to those striped-candies) Ate 2 pala is playing candy crush on her iPad. Susme. I am pretty sure that these two ladies didn't arrive together. That makes them strangers to each others. Ate 2: Ano ba 'yan?! Hindi ko na naman natapos 'tong level na to! Ate 1: Sige lang. Madami kasing tricks dyan saka mga diskarte. Ate 2: (She restarted the game, so I guess she still have a lot of lives left, marami rami rin siguro ang nauto nyang magbigay ng buhay sa kanya) Last na talaga 'to, ayoko na! Me to myself: Weehhh! *I almost forgot I still have this in my draft. Good thing it is still May, pwede ko pang ihabol. =) "Alam mo bang chikboy 'yan si R?" Yan ang unang sentence na sinabi sakin ni mother-in-law. At nawindang ako mga mare. Unang punta ko nun sa bahay nila sa Mindoro. First time ko rin silang makikilala and vice versa. I arrived early in the morning when everybody was still fast asleep. Around noon na ako lumabas ng room ni R kasi (1) maagang lumabas ng kwarto ang mokong (2) hindi ko alam kung saan sya pumunta, at (3) hindi ko alam kung sino ang bubungad sakin sa labas ng kwarto nya. Bilang babae na hindi rin naman ganun ka-liberated and bilang nasa probinsya ako na malamang conservative ang mga tao, nahihiya talaga ako nung mga panahon na yun. Ano na lang ang sasabihin nila, di ba? Na ako pa talaga ang pumupunta sa bahay ng anak nila. Although we always celebrate with a cake, I never had a cake as wonderful as this. Minnie Mouse themed cake from Tazzy Cakes 'Twas love at first sight! I knew I have to get the cake from Tazzy Cakes if I want to impress everyone, including my husband who questioned me why I paid a lot. He's kuripot like that. =) He's OK with those conventional cakes kasi. Hindi ako pumayag, gusto ko bongga ang cake ng anak ko! And it was. It was also my first time to offer cupcakes and I'm pretty sure that everyone fell in love with minnie mouse that day. Beautiful cupcakes It's flattering to hear my family and friends talk nonstop about how beautiful and delicious the cake and cupcakes are. Paulit ulit rin sila sa pagtanong kung saan ko inorder at pano ko raw nakilala yung baker. Hehe. Usually, nagtatagal ang cake sa ref namin ng isang linggo. Now, it lasted only for 3 days. Happy Thursday morning everyone! =) I am  little quite  busy as a bee lately. After mother's day, dumating na ang aming pinakahihintay na workload  konting pagkakaabalahan dito sa office. Somehow our days were no longer filled with tons of stories and our tables with foods. Minsan tahimik kami hindi dahil busy kami sa kaka-FB but because busy talaga kami sa work. Kahit kami hindi rin makapaniwala. Ang hirap mag adjust! Chos! Anyway, hindi lang din kasi yun ang pinag kakaabalahan ko. My daughter will be celebrating her 1st birthday this coming Saturday na. Na-stress ako sa pagplano. Hehe. Yung bonggang plan ko mukhang hindi ko ma-a-achieve pero I'll make sure na magiging happy pa rin ang mga guests namin. I didn't have the luxury of time to visit Divisoria so kahapon gow ako sa Robinson's Galleria to buy toys para sa mga kids. And lucky me, naka sale ang TOYS R US! I was supposed to blog yesterday but my mind was busy worrying kasi Baby Rain's cough got worse the night before. And I have to come to work na kahapon kasi andami ko ng absences. Kaya hindi rin mapakali ang lola mo dito sa office kahapon. Ganun talaga mga mare, no? Pag anak natin ang may sakit, hindi talaga tayo makampante. For most of you, this is one of the most important days as a citizen of this country. It is our chance to make a difference. But sadly, I wasn't able to register myself for this election. Don't judge me mga mare. I promised myself to register as soon as possible dito na sa aming lugar. And I heard, Imus City is a hot spot during election day. Nakaka excite to think that someday, my vote would really matters a lot. I won't elaborate the issues since I am not in a position to say anything. So...enough of political issues. =) I had an exhausting Saturday. Once again, I've proven mother's instinct to be right. I woke up in the middle of the night to see Baby Rain uneasy and in tears, normally, I will give her the pacifier or if it's her feeding time, I'll give her milk.
